A proud alumnus of Andhra University (A.U), he pursued his Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics during 1976-78, securing a First Class degree. During his time at A.U, he was actively involved in student leadership, serving as the Student Union Secretary in 1977-78, showcasing his leadership skills and commitment to student welfare.

After completing his education, Sri Dora further enriched his academic profile by completing the College of Arts and Commerce of Law at Andhra University. His academic excellence and dedication paved the way for a successful career in public service. In 1983, he was selected as a Group-I Officer in the Government of Andhra Pradesh, marking the beginning of his impactful career in administration.

Sri Dora joined the government service as a Commercial Tax Officer, where he demonstrated his expertise in fiscal management and governance. His dedication and leadership qualities led him to serve as the Executive Director of the S.C. Development Corporation during 1992-93 in Visakhapatnam. In this role, he played a pivotal role in implementing developmental programs aimed at the welfare of marginalized communities, reflecting his commitment to social justice and inclusive growth.

After a distinguished career in public service, Sri Dora retired and settled in Visakhapatnam, where he continues to contribute to society through his experience and wisdom.
